If you want the closest you can get to your favorite Parmesan Garlic sauce for your chicken wings, this is it. I really mean this is it.
For about four years I worked at a popular wing shack. Eventually, I became what they would call, a “sauce boss.” Parmesan garlic was by far my favorite and found myself snacking on those crispy, garlicky delights often, wondering just what was the secret to this sauce!?
At home, I craved Parmesan Garlic and searched far and wide for a recipe to satisfy, nothing worked for me. Not that I expect an at-home recipe to be the exact same, this recipe is the best! Let’s sling some wings!
Prep time: 5 minutes
- 6 cloves of garic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon oregeno
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Set your oven to broil. Peel garlic, toss in oil, and loosely wrap in tin foil. Put in oven for more or less 5 minutes, you want the garlic to be a little mushy and light brown. Mince garlic and put into a bowl.
Stir in additional ingredients. Refrigerate.
For real, the most difficult and time consuming part of this is probably finding all the ingredients.
